Terms and Conditions of Service

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Wise Wife Co LLC ("Wise Wife", "company", "we", "us", or "our") programs, memberships, coaching calls, or online community (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Wise Wife Co LLC provides group coaching, mentorship, educational content, and access to an online community related to marriage, personal growth, and faith-based principles.

The Services may include:

  • Live group coaching calls conducted online

  • Recorded video and audio content

  • Written materials, exercises, and resources

  • Access to a members-only online community

All Services are provided on a subscription basis, billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

2. Educational and Coaching Nature of Services

You understand and agree that:

  • The Services are educational and coaching-based only.

  • The Services do not constitute medical advice, mental health therapy, psychological counseling, pastoral counseling, or professional counseling of any kind.

  • Wise Wife Co LLC does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

  • You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, abuse, or require professional care, you should seek assistance from a qualified licensed professional or emergency services.

3. Christian and Faith-Based Perspective

The Services are provided from a Christian, faith-based worldview. Participation is voluntary, and no specific outcomes—spiritual, relational, emotional, or otherwise—are guaranteed.

4. Recorded Calls and Content Use

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Group coaching calls are recorded.

  • Recordings may include your voice, image, name, chat messages, or participation.

  • Recordings are made available to current and future members, including individuals who were not present on the original call.

By participating, you grant Wise Wife Co LLC the irrevocable right to record, store, reproduce, and distribute these recordings within its programs and platforms.

If you do not wish to be recorded, you should not participate in live calls.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services—including videos, audio recordings, written materials, curriculum, branding, and community content—is the exclusive property of Wise Wife Co LLC.

You may access content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publish any content

  • Share access with non-members

  • Use the content for coaching, teaching, or commercial purposes

Unauthorized use may result in termination without refund and potential legal action.

6. Payments, Billing, and Cancellation

  • Payments are processed securely through Kajabi and its integrated payment providers.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled.

  • All sales are final. No refunds are provided.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue through the end of the current billing period.

Failure to cancel before the next billing date will result in another charge.

7. Community Standards and Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully and ethically in all community spaces.

Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassment, threats, or abusive language

  • Hate speech or discriminatory conduct

  • Promotion of illegal activity

  • Sharing confidential or private information of others

  • Disruptive, manipulative, or exploitative behavior

Wise Wife Co LLC reserves the right to remove content, suspend access, or terminate membership at its sole discretion, without refund.

8. No Guarantees or Warranties

Results vary from person to person. Wise Wife Co LLC makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, transformation, marital improvement, or personal results.

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wise Wife Co LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in the Services.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wise Wife Co LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your participation in the Services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your conduct within the community

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

Wise Wife Co LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public, personal, or sensitive information shared by other members within the Services, including information shared during coaching calls, in the online community, or in related communications.

You may not screenshot, download, record, reproduce, share, or disclose such information without the express written consent of the individual(s) involved.

Violation of this provision may result in immediate termination without refund and may subject you to legal action.

Wise Wife Co LLC will treat your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy; however, you acknowledge that Wise Wife Co LLC cannot guarantee the compliance or conduct of other members and is not liable for unauthorized disclosures made by third parties.

14. Privacy Policy

Wise Wife Co LLC processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR where applicable.

We collect personal information such as name, email address, and payment information for the purpose of providing and managing the Services. Payment and data processing are handled through Kajabi and its integrated service providers.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Requests may be submitted using the contact information provided above.

Wise Wife Co LLC does not sell personal data.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Force Majeure

Wise Wife Co LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or failures of internet or hosting providers.
